More Details & Pictures
Selling a 89 Dodge Raider that I’ve rebadged as a Mitsubishi, (who actually made the Raider for Dodge) same as a Mitsubishi Montero.
Equipped with a 3.0L V6 and manual transmission it has plenty of get up and go. A bit of a unique vehicle that is a head turner, even though it is a bit rough around the edges.
Would be great as a winter car (has 4×4 with auto locking hubs and a 2 inch lift), or would be a perfect restoration candidate, or even a wheeler. Honestly a bit sad to have to sell, (it is a blast to drive) but have a bit too many vehicles and can’t drive them all. Comparable to a LandCruiser or Landrover of the era and rare enough to have people asking what it is.
Have a bunch of spare parts. Along with a few parts to be replaced on the Raider, that I just haven’t had time to replace. Nothing that will prevent you from driving it home though. Below is a list of pro’s, con’s, and recently replaced parts. I also have more pictures including underbody pictures and a running walk around video that can be shared upon request (Craigslist only allows me to post 24 pictures). Text or Email typically work best.
